Vertical continuous coating production line features:

1) Vacuum chamber material use SUS304, vacuum interior wall adopt polishing, outer wall adopts after polishing spray processing.

2) Between Vacuum chamber adopts independent gate valve, flashboard valve separated, can realize effective partition, stable process gas.At present our company adopts flashboard valve design, it better than the current domestic general flap valve,which with good sealing effect and durable.
3) Drive with magnetic guide , ensure the stability of transmission.The whole production line of each paragraphs adopts frequency conversion adjust speed motor drive, speed can be adjusted.
4) Electrical control system: touch screen and P L C automatic control, man-machine dialogue way to realize the system 's data display, operation and control.
