First, the electron gun: 1,It imitates the Japan Joule electron gun and the quality is same as it;2, Energy well-distributed, beam spot is small, incident vertically, the electron gun is not digging, essentially flat overall evaporation, the spot diameter is  ¢ 5- ¢ 25 and it is adjustable, It can scan the square, circle, round face and the way can be set. It also can memory the 16 crucible scanning frequency, amplitude size, scan mode and spot positions, which reduce the reliance for the operator,at the same time,greatly improved the product repeatability.

Second,the scanner:1,Adopting advanced technology smart handheld, connects with host scanner through serial bus I2C,and it has unique crucible position display function,operation safe and reliable. It can control the beam spot, beam baffle, crucible, baffle, etc.2, It can communicate with the computer and has a RS232 (or RS485) communication interface, which plays an important role for coating equipment realizing automatic control. 3, Beam spot position memory, it has the memory function for the position and the size of the beam spot , frequency waveform pattern crucible 16. 4, unique crucible with handheld display function in the whole country.

Third, the high-voltage: 1, a single high-voltage cabinet, using the Japanese Joule power control methods to ensure safe and reliable.2, power instrument can use the 50HZ60HZ,adopting the shift trigger control pattern for resistive and inductive loads.3,  the control unit having overcurrent and overtemperature SCR protection, with soft-start and soft-shutdown function, its reducing the impact on power disturbances.4,  high voltage having constant current and constant voltage function. The power always keep constant no matter no-load and plus- load ,so it is very important for coating. 5,All transformers use waterproof design to enhance the stability of the pressure even more.

Forth, the entire electrical control is manufactured by ourselves, including vacuum gauges and voltage-controlled instruments and so on, If there are electrical problems we replaced free within one year,which means that we firstly made good for the users, the users receive the new instruments then deliver the old to us, and so can provide users with more timely service.

Fifth,workmanship using magnetic fluid seal.

Sixth, the vacuum pipes are made of stainless steel.
